No one enjoys reading rules, but logistically, they have to exist for a project like this. They're made to be fair for everyone, so please read and abide.
-Email your info following this form.
-The item will be given an item ID which will be emailed back to you when the item is posted on the "Stuff for 'Sale'" page.
-The item will remain on the site until someone buys it, or you email and have it removed.
-When the item is sold, you will receive an email with the address of the buyer, and you are to ship the item to them.
-NOTE: You are responsible for all shipping/handling costs as part of your donation of the item. No money will change hands between you and the buyer.
-Once you have decided on the item(s) you want to purchase, send an email to email@example.com specifying the item IDs, and any additional info (customization if applicable, etc). DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENTS YET.
-An email will be sent back to you stating whether or not you have secured the item. This is to make sure that if there are more potential buyers than items available, everyone is notified before any payments are made. Every item will be first come, first served.
-Once you receive the confirmation email, you will put your donation towards the house.
-When the donation is up on the HFH site, reply to the email with your full shipping address as well as proof that the donation payment has been made (display name/email used will be fine).
-This shipping address will be forwarded to the seller, who will ship the item.
SHIPPING/MATERIAL COSTS FOR HFH MERCH:
-HFH MERCH items are the only items which have shipping/material costs associated with them, which are outside the donation amount. In order to continue to make these items available to everyone, the buyer is responsible for paying these costs.
-Once you have made your donation to HFH per the instructions above, please send the shipping/materials costs in Canadian dollars via paypal to firstname.lastname@example.org. You MUST send this payment as a "Personal- Gift" payment.
**Note that paypal is free to sign up for, and free to send money from. You can use either your bank account or a credit card, and no one ever sees your financial information, so it is very secure.**
-Once I receive your payment, I will order the items from the supplier and mail them to you when they arrive.
